Domestic Shipping (United States)

Most products ship from our US warehouse. Some items ship from our overseas warehouse and may take up to 20 business days. All delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Tracking is provided via email once your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship to 27 countries worldwide including Australia, Canada, the UK, and most of Europe.

International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your country's customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking link to update after you receive it.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Orders containing items from our overseas warehouse may take up to 20 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–20 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Why does shipping sometimes take longer?
Some of our products ship from our overseas warehouse when US stock is unavailable. While we always aim for the faster end of our delivery window, we want to set honest expectations so there are no surprises. You'll receive tracking updates the whole way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Afterlight Method products. If you're not satisfied, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
Do bundle items ship together?
We aim to ship all bundle items together in one package. In rare cases where items are warehoused separately, they may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

How do I use the Ice Roller?
Store your ice roller in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before use. Gently roll across your face in upward and outward motions for 3–5 minutes. Best used in the morning to depuff and tighten, or after applying serum to help with absorption.
How do I use the Copper Peptides Serum?
Apply 2–3 drops to clean, dry skin after cleansing and before moisturizer. Use morning and/or evening. Results are best with consistent use over 4–6 weeks.
How do I use the Nano Mist Sprayer?
Fill the tank with distilled or filtered water. Press and hold the button to activate the fine mist. Use throughout the day to refresh and hydrate your skin, or after applying makeup to set your look. Recharge via USB as needed.
How do I use the Eye Mask Patches?
Cleanse your under-eye area and pat dry. Apply one patch under each eye and leave on for 15–20 minutes. Remove gently and pat in any remaining serum. Use 2–3 times per week for best results.
How do I use the Clay Mask Stick?
Twist up the stick and apply directly to clean skin in upward strokes. Leave on for 10–15 minutes until dry, then rinse with warm water. Use 1–2 times per week. Great for oily and sensitive skin types.
How do I use the Heated Eyelash Curler?
Turn on the curler and allow 10–15 seconds to heat up. Place your lashes between the curling pads and gently hold for 5–10 seconds. Repeat for a longer hold. No mascara needed for a natural lift — or apply after for a salon-quality curl.
How do I use the Jade Roller & Gua Sha Set?
Apply a facial oil or serum first for smooth gliding. Use the jade roller in upward and outward strokes to boost circulation and reduce puffiness. Use the gua sha tool at a 45-degree angle with gentle pressure to sculpt and lift. Store in the fridge for a cooling effect.
How do I use the Teeth Whitening Strips?
Dry your teeth before application for best adhesion. Apply the strip to your upper and lower teeth, pressing firmly against the surface. Leave on for the recommended time on the packaging (typically 30 minutes), then remove and rinse. Use daily for the full recommended cycle for visible results.
