Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Orders containing items shipped from our overseas warehouse may take up to 20 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Tracking Your Order Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at afterlightmethod@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resolve it promptly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges 30-day return window on unused, unopened items. Our mistake: We cover return shipping and resolve immediately. Change of mind: Buyer covers return shipping.
